Jamie - you are right - the track and clip effects really need "affective ranges" and I know Alastor will change his avatar once we do this! So that is of course a REALLY big incentive.
Currently a clip effect will effect the all non-blank sections of the timeline (i.e. vid on ANY track).
A track effect will affect all non-blank sections of the track timeline.
Will also wait for input from others but work is continuing in this direction. Thanks for your help.
