Customer Support Engineer - Toronto, Canada

DEPARTMENT:             Engineering Support

RESPONSIBLE TO:       Head of Support



To provide efficient after sales support service in respect of telephone and field support.  Undertake the installation and commissioning of Quantel Workstations, Broadcast systems and upgrades.  Also to ensure customer contact in regards to courtesy visits and calls are kept up to date.  Work in accordance with established working procedures, safety rules and Company regulations.
